Can’t recommend these guys enough I had to Have my sister get in a car and these guys made the process seamless and made us feel cared for the entire time Joe, one of their main sales guys was so hospitable so friendly and I feel like I’ve made a friend for life. The finance guy Igor, although the process took a long time, which wasn’t his fault by any means he was patient. He never got frustrated. He enjoyed the whole process which in turn made us feel like we enjoyed the whole process. If you’re looking for a great vehicle with great hospitality and great care, this is definitely the place to go

Just got my 2023 crv hybrid serviced for a glitch in the electrical bcm system’s . Evonne was able to set me up with a loaner car while the part came in and was replaced, and Julio and David were great at diagnosing and fixing. They were professional and very helpful and I would recommend the service department for all Honda needs.

My experience at Mt Kisco Honda went better than I could’ve ever expected. Everyone there is polite and professional, but they are also very welcoming and personable without being overbearing or pushy… which is definitely something I’ve experienced at other dealerships. Joe was my salesperson, he was very thorough, extremely knowledgeable and fun to work with. He made me feel very comfortable, and confident in his suggestions. I felt that he was looking out for my best interest and reassured me I was making the best selection for me. I love that the whole process went without a hitch, and I know that’s because everyone there works as a team. It was very nice to see management present and involved as needed, from the beginning.. and not just hidden in a back office, waiting on a sale. I have no idea how long any of them have worked together, but the synergy between them made it seem like forever. 100% I will be recommending Joe and the whole team at Mt Kisco Honda, and thank them again for all of their help.

I went to service department for a safety recall. Everyone there is very nice and the work was done efficiently. They do push a lot of very expensive services, but you can decline those, which I did.
