I had a very good experience at Mt . kisco Honda From the Sales man Nicholas Gonzalez who helped me through the buying process. Very efficient and reliable. He answered all my questions and concerns. Made it seamless Also the finance manger for getting me approved. I recommend purchasing a vehicle with Nicohlas. Good job and 10 stars. Thanks again. This is by far the only dealership I have a purchasing relationship with that when they agree to something, the stand by it and deliver on it. Even after the sale is done and passed. From asking for a part to be replaced in order for me to purchase the vehicle. To asking for a price break on a laundry list of catalog parts at time or purchase. And then needing wear and tear items inspected after the fact for possible failure, and than promptly rectified. Everything was treated more than fair, above board, and promises / guarantee kept. From my salesman, to floor management , to finance, to service department. At no point was anything dropped or suggested to be anyone else's problem and was just taken care of. Which in itself I've also never seen. I cannot recommend the staff enough and I haven't given the names of the people only named departments because I believe no matter who you see and talk to, the service/ outcome will be the same no matter what. Just got my 2023 crv hybrid serviced for a glitch in the electrical bcm system’s . Evonne was able to set me up with a loaner car while the part came in and was replaced, and Julio and David were great at diagnosing and fixing. They were professional and very helpful and I would recommend the service department for all Honda needs.

I had gone in with my whole family and from beginning to end Carlos was amazing. The whole process was very easy and it was comforting knowing everything up front. The staff was amazing including the Manager who helped us and the financial advisor! It was an amazing experience and I’m loving my new 2026 Honda crv ex-l. Thank you Honda of Mt. Can’t recommend these guys enough I had to Have my sister get in a car and these guys made the process seamless and made us feel cared for the entire time Joe, one of their main sales guys was so hospitable so friendly and I feel like I’ve made a friend for life. The finance guy Igor, although the process took a long time, which wasn’t his fault by any means he was patient. He never got frustrated. He enjoyed the whole process which in turn made us feel like we enjoyed the whole process. If you’re looking for a great vehicle with great hospitality and great care, this is definitely the place to go
