From the moment I arrived, Yvonne Watson, Service Advisor, greeted me by name, had all my information ready, and listened attentively to my concerns. She clearly explained the recommended work, gave a transparent quote, and kept me updated throughout the process with real-time text messages. They repaired my scraped rims and, thanks to Yvonne’s attention to detail, also replaced my windshield sooner than expected—saving me an extra trip! The service was completed on time, the waiting area was spotless and comfortable, and they even arranged a loaner car. A big thank you to Bill Carlucci, Service Manager (who had worked with Haris in White Plains) for his proven leadership and professionalism, and especially to Haris Deljanin, General Manager, who ensures every visit is truly exceptional. The 2 female service advisors at the device door are amazing! They are so friendly and work so hard. But checking out takes way too long. I don’t want to wait for several pages to be printed for an oil change and then I don’t want to have to take my papers over to a different window to use a credit card machine. Very inefficient and it takes up too much of my time. The service advisors should have the credit card machine and you could close down the cashier window.

All of the staff is friendly. I did wait longer than they said it would be but the staff was communicative and I appreciated that!

Fast service

I wanted my 2016 Fit with over 115,000 miles on it to be inspected for purposes of preventative maintenance. They did an excellent job with both diagnosis and numerous repairs. Now I feel I can get through the winter months with a much greater degree of confidence!

I highly recommend Mt. Kisco Honda. Hakeem is very attentive and respectful as a salesman and wanted me to be happy with my deal. Lino in Finance was great at breaking down the numbers to ensure that I understood everything and left comfortable with my decisions. Jorge and Haris in management checked in regularly throughout the process to ensure I was being very well taken care of. I defintely had a positive experience.
