I bought a used volkswagen passat from mt kisco Honda and brought it back due to a vibration. My car was in and out the same day. The vibration was gone and they went the extra mile to make sure I was satisfied and my kids were safe. The waiting time is clearly stated and the waiting area is comfortable. They also offer car service to and from your home if the wait period is longer than anticipated. I am extremely pleased and will continue to use them in the future.
