Service advisor Yvonne was really professional and insisted the proper diagnosis of my car's AC system problem before started repairing. For that I have been to Mt. Kisco Honda 3 times, only to be turned away because the AC problem did not resurface. Finally, I found a warm day with over 80 degree weather to bring the car in. In order to get me a loaner during those hot days, Yvonne stayed past closing time to sign me in. Really appreciate her help.

Was doing a lot of shopping, and everywhere I went, these other dealerships were giving me the runaround. Not Mount Kisco, they were great! Especially, Jose Carmona. He is great. He has the right attitude, all the knowledge, knows his cars and such a pleasure to work with and made things so much easier in the car buying process!
